Products you purchase must be:<\/p>\n<p>- Of acceptable quality<br \/>- Match the description provided<br \/>- Be fit for their intended purpose<\/p>\n<p>If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the issue.<\/p>\n<h2>Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n<p>If your item is:<\/p>\n<p>- Faulty<br \/>- Damaged during transit<br \/>- Incorrect or not as described<\/p>\n<p>Please contact us at info@virtueit.com.au or 0467 926 452 within 30 days of receiving the item.<br \/>We will work with you to arrange a suitable remedy under the ACL.<\/p>\n<h2>Change of Mind<\/h2>\n<p>We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This policy applies to all customers and all products, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure your product selection is correct before completing your purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Our change of mind policy is clearly stated and applies site-wide, including all sales channels and advertisements.
