Connect securely in four steps
Download
Choose the button for your operating system and download the small support application.
Launch
Open the downloaded program. It will usually be located in your Downloads folder.
Share the code
Give the displayed nine-digit session number only to your Virtue IT technician.
End the session
Quit the application when support is finished. A new session cannot begin without another code.
Only connect with someone you trust
