Where a fault is isolated to failed hardware, third-party/ISP outages, or you elect not to proceed with a quoted repair, the minimum diagnostic/callout fee applies.

Both. We offer onsite service across Moreton Bay and remote support for software issues, or you can drop your device off at our Ningi workshop.
