How much does a computer repair cost?
Standard onsite callouts are $150 (1-hour minimum, covering travel to your door and up to a full hour of hands-on troubleshooting and repair). For quick software fixes, we offer Remote SOS sessions starting from $45 (15 mins) or $75 (30 mins), plus $75 workshop diagnostics at our Ningi bench. All work is backed by our No Solution, No Fee guarantee.
How long does a computer repair take?
Most repairs are completed within one to two business days. If parts need to be ordered, we will tell you the timeframe upfront.
Is it worth upgrading instead of replacing?
Usually, yes. A solid-state drive and extra RAM can make a computer several years old feel fast again for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
Do you come to us, or do we bring it in?
Both. We offer onsite service across the Moreton Bay region, or you can drop your computer off at our Ningi workshop.
